After a peer reviewing process, all accepted papers after proper registration and presentation, will be published in the conference Proceedings by IEEE, and reviewed by the IEEE Conference Publication Program for IEEE Xplore.
To ensure optimal communication, it is strongly recommended that attendees participate in the conference in person and attend the reception hosted by the City of Stockholm at the esteemed City Hall. Regrettably, a hybrid mode of participation will not be offered. Therefore, attendance at the conference will necessitate physical presence.
In the event that personal circumstances prevent a participant from attending the conference in person, it is suggested that they record a video of their presentation, which can be shared on the conference website. This option will be accessible for a period of five days after the conference, providing registered participants with the opportunity to engage in learning and discussion.
It is important to note that this alternative mode of participation is exclusively intended for those who are unable to attend the conference in person due to personal circumstances.
